
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General
By purchasing any PureUltra Torch or associated accessories from Solose Consulting (Pty) Ltd, the purchaser (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”) agrees to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Solose Consulting reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It remains the Customer’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use or purchase of our products constitutes acceptance of any such modifications.
2. Warranty Coverage
Torches
All PureUltra Torches are covered by a three-year limited warranty, commencing from the date of purchase. This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship arising under normal, intended usage.
Accessories
Accessories supplied with PureUltra products (including, but not limited to, batteries, chargers, and holsters) are warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase, subject to the same terms.
3. Warranty Conditions and Limitations
The warranties set out above are subject to the following conditions:

Coverage is limited strictly to manufacturing defects.

Warranty will be null and void in cases of:

Misuse, negligence, improper handling, or failure to follow the product’s user manual.

Unauthorized repairs or modifications performed by individuals or service providers not approved by Solose Consulting.

Use of non-genuine parts, batteries, or accessories not supplied or approved by Solose Consulting.

Damage caused by environmental exposure (e.g., water, fire, chemical damage, mechanical shock, or impact).

Cosmetic imperfections (such as scratches, fading, or discoloration) that do not impact functionality are not covered under this warranty.
4. Warranty Exclusions
The following situations fall outside the scope of warranty, refund, or return eligibility:

Damage resulting from carelessness, abuse, incorrect storage, or use in extreme environmental conditions.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party platforms not affiliated with Solose Consulting.

Products that have been tampered with, altered, or modified in any way.

Use of products in a manner inconsistent with their intended design or recommended purpose.
5. Returns & Claims Process

All warranty claims and return requests require prior authorization from Solose Consulting.

To initiate a return, the Customer must contact our customer service team and provide:

Valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or digital order confirmation).

A detailed explanation of the defect or issue.

The Customer shall bear all costs related to return shipping unless otherwise specified in writing by Solose Consulting.

Solose Consulting reserves the right to inspect and verify all returned items and may reject claims that do not comply with these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability

Solose Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business arising from the use—or inability to use—any PureUltra product.

The extent of Solose Consulting’s liability shall be strictly limited to the original purchase price of the product in question.

Personal Injury and Damage: Solose Consulting accepts no responsibility for personal injury, property damage, or bodily harm arising from the improper use or handling of any PureUltra Torch or accessory.

Product Misuse: Any injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from misuse, negligence, or disregard for the safety guidelines provided with the product shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer.
7. Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Solose Consulting (including its directors, employees, and affiliated entities) against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses—including legal fees—arising from the use or misuse of any product, or from any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
The Customer further acknowledges their sole responsibility for ensuring safe and proper use of all products and agrees to resolve any legal disputes in accordance with these Terms.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. All disputes arising from the use or purchase of Solose Consulting products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1965 of South Africa.
Solose Consulting retains all rights available under applicable South African law to protect its intellectual property, assets, and commercial interests.
9. Non-Waiver
Failure by Solose Consulting to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be interpreted as a waiver of any rights or remedies available to Solose Consulting under law.
By purchasing a PureUltra Torch or accessory from Solose Consulting, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms exist to ensure fairness, clarity, and legal protection for both parties and are enforceable to the fullest extent permissible under South African law.
